Join Yula for an engaging workshop exploring the foundations of Cuban dance, including Afro-Cuban and salsa movement traditions, and uncovering the cultural stories and meanings behind them. Through guided exercises and creative exploration, participants will discover how movement can communicate emotion, identity, and personal narratives. The workshop culminates in the creation of short choreographic phrases, offering a unique opportunity to connect dance, storytelling, and cultural expression.
